Head of School Karen Bohlin is an international leader in character education. A veteran high school teacher and university professor, she has authored several books and articles on character development, adolescence, citizenship, ethics, literature and the moral imagination. She is also director of the LifeCompass Institute at Montrose School and co-director of the Kern Family Foundation Partners in Character and Educational Leadership.
