School hours are from 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesdays, Middle School students will start at 9:00 AM, and Upper School students have the option to begin school at 9:45 AM with Enrichment or at 10:30 AM with their first academic class of the day.
The building opens at 7:00 AM every day, including Wednesdays.
Teachers are available to meet for extra help from 7:30-8:00 AM on a rotating schedule.

Montrose offers varsity or JV teams in soccer (varsity and JV), field hockey (varsity and JV), cross country (varsity and JV), volleyball, basketball (varsity, JV and middle school), lacrosse (varsity and JV), softball, and track and field (varsity and JV). In addition, Montrose offers a Ski Club and Indoor Track & Field Club.

Montrose offers bus routes each year based on student interest.
