Spotlight on our Faculty

Bakhita Thordarson '12
BA, Astrophysics, Columbia University

Master's in Character Education, University of Birmingham (UK) (in process)
"I'm passionate about astronomy because it makes me feel small. There is a vast universe out there and it is incredibly violent and incredibly beautiful at the same time. The number of things that had to go exactly right for the Earth to exist as it does is astounding."
