Students explore the natural world and create original works of art from their experiences.
Led by advisor Mrs. Laurie Jacob, Artward Bound is a program open to all students who enjoy exploring unique places and using multiple mediums to create works of art based on what they see and experience. Recently, students traveled to the Wellesley College Botanic Gardens, home to hundreds of trees and shrubs from around the world, and the Broadmoor Wildlife Sanctuary in Natick, which offers nine miles of walking trails through a variety of field, woodland, and wetland habitats.
After exploring these impressive, natural settings, students created original works of art from what they discovered and experienced.
